I have to thank spugen for the treatment i have dealt with. My car recieved a installed supercharger, injectors, Aem ems, header, FMIC, clutch, body kit, paint. All of those he got back to me in 3 weeks, which is amazing for that type of work to come back in such time. I completly satisfied with spugen's work. I will go back because the communication i recieved with greg and duc, even while duc was fading out, he still made sure my car was ok. greg, yes its sometimes hard to get a hold of him, but he is busy and so are many people. you cant please everyone. Greg even helped me recieve a hood from another seller, where i couldnt be and worked out all the details and made sure the hood was in good condition before he bought it for me. Of course ive had some problems with color matching but i heard white is really hard to match, but if its not hard to match, then oh well, its not the end of the world. Thanks Greg and Duc for your effort and time to trying to please your customers.

 

just saw this thread and was very surprised...
until this one, all the spugen threads that i read were what great products and service spugen stands for.
and that has been my experience too.
again i want to thank duc for the great work he did making my car the way i wanted it-
the spugen dual oval exhaust (both great looking and great sounding), cleared corners, eibachs & ssrs install, brakes (drilled & slotted cad plated rotors), etc.
