i tried PM'ing greg several times about them making me an exhaust, he said he would do it for me. several weeks later i tried PM'ing him again he answered and told me that my exhaust would be ready in a week. PM'd him again no answer. Im sure everybody else that has dealt with them has there opinions but for me no go on the customer service.
ended up finding a used spugen v2 from another member on the board
never got an answer back and doubt they ever made my exhaust

You would think our vendors would either get there act straight or not be a vendor here. I mean it's not like we don't all talk to each other. I'd blackball them but I'm thinking they should get a little time to reply before I put them up on the wall of shame.
Duc was easy to deal with when ordering my buddy club dual exhaust. Greg played middle man on a transaction with another member and was a bit harder to get ahold of. Both things went through fine in the end though. That stinks that all that stuff happened to you Brennon.
Man that's too bad Brennon. Now I understand. It's why I'm afraid to let other people work on my car.
Just the other day I had the plumber out to my house. Ended up costing me two grand but, I was his helper that day, I watched everything he did, learned alot about plumbing but, the job was done to my satisfaction. I figure, if you're going to be elbow deep in shit, at least try to learn from the experience.

Here is comparison...I know my pictures aren't great or anything.
Moonrock from Honda

Moonrock from Spugen

Now i always assumed it was the lighting, the angle, etc. as the color difference is not drastic. It definitely does not match the factory color code. It took the bodyshop I took it to literally a week to match it. To spugen's credit, the paint quality is good to my untrained eye, and it's not physically at spugen when it gets painted. They have a third party do it, but since it was Spugen who was taking care of it, spugen that was collecting my money, and spugen that made promises...you would think they would want to take care of everything for their name's sake. In case you can't tell from the pics, the moonrock from spugen is just a flatter gray I guess. It's the best way I can describe it.
