i put some velcro where there was a sign of wear/squeaking and it stopped the noise...also note, the top needs to be lubed at each hinge, all of them, that will quiet down some noises.

 

What do you use to lubricate the hinges?

 

You said "when seatbelts on."

You'd think you could tell if it was against the roll hoops by not reclining the seat all the way back and finding out if the noise goes away.

When you hear the sound, move your seat up.
When you hear the sound, unclip your seat belt.

One way or another, you'll find the source.

 

All I did was move my seat up just enough to make it stop... but I was stuck with the squeaking for like two months untill I figued it out. It was driving me freakin nuts.

 

use some lubricating fluid will help.
