Luckily at Mid-ohio i was on a hill, so I just popped it into gear the 6 times I needed to get it running.

Anyone have a ballpark on what is good for the labor on installing?

I found some for used starters for about $100 each on www.car-parts.com (thanks Harry from chicago for the website back when I bought my tranny).

should be between 1.5 - 2.0 hrs labor time. new starter is about 230 from honda, if i were you i would get a new one, cause u take a junkyard starter to a mechanic and it don't work. you are f@$%#*. good luck

 

It should be under $350 bucks for part and labor. but if you are going with honda OEM starter, it could cost more.
