Status Ring seat in s2000

Default Status Ring seat in s2000

anyone with any photos of a status racing ring seat in a s2000? i just ordered nagisa seat rails today and am looking at picking 1 of these seats up. no look so far searching this website. going thru aftermarket seat gallery thread currently.

All that I can say with those seats is make sure you are going to fit before you buy. A friend had Status, I think Hokienheim(sp?) in his STI. There is no way I could ever make those seats work for me, it took everything I had just to get into the seats, then it felt like my hips were being broken.

not worried really. i have a f1spec type 3 seat currently (to be transferred into my s2000 temporarily) while i wait to purchase the status ring. the best way i get into it now (in my crx) is to hold my self up in the air (like doing dips, grabing the area above the lap belt holes) and then drop down into the seat. to get out i basically do the opposite. it takes finding the right technique, it did take me about a month to get it right. my hips did hurt for a while until i found a good entry, exit technique.

if your buying a after-market seat just take the time to get the right size. then you wont have any hip crushing issues.

That is exactly what I do Right hand on the center console, left hand on the door sill trim
