Default Sticky clutch pedal

Hi everyone,
as title says, my clutch pedal suddently felt harder to press and sticked to the floor a bit when driving the car. The clutch SHOULD only have 10000km, and i have a leaking clutch master cylinder that i have to replace. Could it be the problem? The CMC is leaking from some time but this happened only today.

What kind of clutch was installed? And what type of grease was used for the sliding surfaces? Also, was the release bearing guide replaced?

Yes, a leaky master cylinder will cause your issue if there was enough fluid loss. Check your clutch fluid level.

The clutch should be OEM, don't know about the grease, don't think the guide has been replaced (the clutch was replaced by previous owner so i have limited info). The fluid has just been replaced and it's full.

Today i took the car out and i noticed that it makes a noise (like something that's not greased/lubed) in the last part of the pedal travel
