stock cd player doesnt play mp3s?

I added an aftermarket AUX-in from crutchfield.com so I can plug in my Droid for MP3, Pandora, navigation, and speaker-phone. I also got one for my Accord.

Which aux-in model did you install? The ones I found with their search tool were all iPod adapters, not Android.
Actually, I'd probably be happy with a simple aux-in adapter that just worked like a line-in plug; i'd only have to be able to switch between it and the radio - not control the device from the steering wheel.

I tried USA-spec. One speaker intermittently goes off after a while. Difficult to detect. Searched online and noticed many others had the same problem.

Alpine head unit + Modifry DCI and harness works perfect. Easy to install, and you get better dash controls, and even speed sensitive volume control!

my 2007 stock radio didn't play burnt CD.
so i got aftermarket head unit with USB connection and Modifry adapter.
never use CDs in the S since then...
