There will be blood.
If you bubble wrap the monster, put the pipe against the passenger footwell, and lay the resonator against the center comparment lid, it may just work with the muffs sitting high up in the air but wow. Just wow.
At least when you damage your seat, nobody will try to steal them.

Tow it by strapping a skateboard to the top of each muffler can, flip the whole thing over and tie the triangular flange to the rear tow hook. Watch out for pot holes.
