Best mods for the money:

1. Upgraded tires (be prepared to spend more and to buy more often)
2. Autocross/Track days/high performance driving lessons
3. Modifry's glove box divider.

If you want practicality, any part that is made for your car that is revised, is usually the best way to go. Almost all modifications yield some negative consequences. The only real part that is OEM that would cause any kind of issue would be a front lip since you have to drive more carefully up and out of driveways.

Other than that, you cannot go wrong with a newer retrofitted part.
The OEM parts also involve compromises.
