The car is only going to depreciate and "wear out" while you're away. Why not let the money earn you more money?
If you insist on keeping it, someone should drive it at least once a month -- and by that I mean drive it for 20-30 minutes so that everything can heat up and run within optimal conditions.
And don't jack the car up, it causes the suspension to sag.

Yes, i understand the part of selling the car and have the money work for me, but im trying to see my options. i dont really want to lose the time and money i put into my S.

Don't worry about the engine siezing if not used in a while - that is total The engine is covered in oil, why would it sieze?!
The only issue you would have is deformity of the tyres/bushes.
Get it up on axle stands in a nice dry place.
Job done.

I have had allsorts of engines left for years. Do an oil change and then off your go - zero issues.
