Default Strange sound when decelerating in gear w/video

I test drove an 01 today and it made this horrible rattling sound when decelerating in gear from ~30mph. It would do it in multiple gears and only when going maybe 20-40mph. Here are a couple crappy cellphone videos I took of it happening. You can really hear it clearly around 24 seconds in the second video

The audio quality isn't great. In the car I thought it might be a heat shield or a driveshaft/ujoint. Can anyone identify this problem?

Sorry mods, I'm guessing I should have put this in "Under the Hood". Please feel free to move it.

Run away.

All I hear is something that sounds like a differential whining on decel... before it blows up.

this is sort of like clutch buzz. my clutches buzzes pretty bad, but not quite like this. if the higher resonance wasnt present in these videos, then id say its pretty close to what my clutch sounds like.

Does clutch buzz only happen on decel? This car felt and sounded normal at all other times.

Clutch buzz happens when you are in gear and not pressing down on the gas. I know, I have clutch buzz, I hate clutch buzz.

Then it may have been clutch buzz. It sounded like it could have been a heat shield rattle. Very obnoxious.

Does clutch buzz happen less on 02+ or 04+ cars?

I got mild clutch buzz, from some searching I determined its the disc itself virbrating. Replacing will fix it, but it doesn't cause any harm. Just annoying
