Default Street/Auto X alignment specs HELP!

Can anyone here recommend good alignment settings for street/ auto cross for a 04 S2000. The car has a .250 karcepts front sway bar, Ohlin's dfv coil overs 12k front 10k rear and 255/40/17 all around.

Thanks,
Bob

I have the front bar on 3 holes from soft on one side, 2 holes from soft on the other side. Maximum negative camber that can be achieved on OEM components. Can't recall the toe off hand, sorry.

For a very long time (mainly because I never installed adjustable ball joints up front) I ran the following and it worked pretty well. Car is lowered about 1 inch

Front Camber: -2.6 degrees (maxed out)
Zero front toe
Caster 6.9 degrees
Rear camber -2.6 degrees
Zero rear toe
Moddiction bar on full stiff

I recently made some changes and went to a Kacepts front bar. I mainly use the s2k for track nights (normally on a pretty tight, short course) and a little autox these days since I have a codrive for autox in a different car. But the changes up front with having adjustable balljoints allowed more camber and the car feels better this way.

Front camber: -3.5 degrees
Front toe: 0
Caster: 7.8 degrees (more on this in a moment lol)
Rear camber: -2.8 degrees
Rear toe: 0
Karcepts front bar set on 2 out of 6 and stock rear bar

On the caster, normally I did not expect to get much over 7 so told my alignment guy "max caster". Did not expect to get 7.8 degrees . However, I have been driving it and attended a track night and it is not bad and of course gives more dynamic camber. But I likely will dial it back down to the low 7's. It does change steering feel quite a bit. But again, it worked pretty well at the last track night and for driving around, you notice the extra weight on the steering but not terribly.

Do you change the Karcepts front settings when you go to track and autocross? Or you just find the right setting and stick with it?
