I have little over 700 miles now. Now is it OK to redline my car? I know the break in period is 600 miles but I am still afraid to redline. Should I wait little longer?

Go for it! If you're really worried, wait until an even thousand miles.

I wouldn't go right up to redline if you are that concerned. Start by going up to 7000 to 7500 RPMs for a bit and then work your way up from there. It does cause a little bit of teeth gnashing at first since those kind of revs usually spell disaster for an engine. After about 10 minutes though, you won't even think twice about it.

I guess the question I should ask is "When did you first redline?"

First VTEC 630.
First Redline 635 .
First Attempt (and fail) at 7K start 640.

Don't recommend attempting 7K starts till your past 900.

Have fun!
