Default stupid torque gun

had my brand spankin new racing hart cp035's and tires checked out at the local tire shop because i was told the tires were out of round anyway they used the stupid torque gun when i told em to do it by hand and they scraped up the wheels pretty bad around the center cap where the lugs go.

Any suggestions on how or where I can have these looked at or even touched up.

makes me ill

Whenever I go into any sort of tyre fitting place now, I very pointedly ask the question " Is it possible to remove my wheels and fit my new tyres without damage of any sort to my wheels??
If not, I'll go elsewhere!" When they assure me it is possible, I tell them to go ahead but warn them that in the event of any damage to the wheels, I shall become one very unpleasant little rabbit! This is the result of bitter experiences like your own. This really isn't good enough. Have you tried to get them to accept responsibility for this? If I were you and getting no satisfaction I would be complaining higher up the food chain

Unless you signed some sort of waiver I would force them to assume responsibility.

When I had new tires installed I went to Discount Tire. These guys seem to understand car geekdom and take great care with nice wheels. I have zero complaints about their service.
