Shouldn't be more than $100 from hondaautomotiveparts.com (where I got the prices).

If the car is going to the body shop, they should be able to get the parts quickly, as it's a part they would normally be replacing for just about any fender-bender than involved a modern-day bumper.
Just compare their cost to purchasing them yourself from a place like the one I mentioned above.Put the absorbers in! They may not protect your new covers, but they may help protect the actual bumper in a low-speed fender-bender. And it should be less than $100.
