Default Suggestions for preventing punks from stealing the S2000 antenna

Hi all,

Does anyone have suggestions on preventing punks from stealing the S2000 antenna? I hear these antennas fit VWs, Celicas, and IS300s. Thoughts or suggestions?

Unscrew it and take it with you. Replacements are cheap if you have to get one.

Try using Loctite (lock tight?), don't know how to spell it, but they sell it everywhere. Personally, I'm not using it, I'd rather have them take it and be happy, then get mad they can't get it and key the car or something.

Superglue and powderized glass (does that exist?) should work.

I got one for my Celica, and some ass stole it. I also thought about using loctite, but as DJSang said I'd rather spend $15 on a new one, then have them mess up my car when they can't remove it.

I kno some people have simply decided to leave their antenna completely off because they think the S looks sleeker w/o the antenna. If you do this, will rust and dirt be a problem?

I take it off when I'm putting the roof cover thingie in the trunk and throw it in there. No problem, takes all of 10 seconds to do. I never listen to hte radio anyway so if I forget to put it back on it's not an issue.
