bc of money restrains im thinking about getting springs for the mean time, just to give the car a more aggressive look.

I have Tein S-tech springs. They came with the car when I bought the car. I honestly really like these springs. They give the car a really nice drop... According to Tein its 1.02" for the front and 0.98" for the back. The ride...I dont think is stiff at all. I actually really like the way it feels. I don't have any reference to how a stock S2K feels, but I don't have any problems with the ride as it is now.

Heres a pic of my car:

Give me a moment to hijack this thread and expose my ignorance very quickly... The suspension on the S2000 is the most amazing suspension I've ever felt on a car. Practically no body roll, stable, not too stiff but stiff enough to feel yourself hug the road. So, my question is, why change the suspension? What are the pro's of it to get different springs? Are aftermarket suspensions much better than the stock suspension on the S2000? I'm just curious... I've never been in a vehicle with an aftermarket suspension. I do know I LOVE the S2000 suspension though...

You can appreciate the advantage of having a lower center of gravity right?

Yes, I understand. I just am still amazed at the stock suspension in this car... I mean, I've gone from a 2001 Prelude SH to this and it's just a DRAMATIC difference. I wanted to change out the suspension in the prelude, but this car just feels perfect. I assume I'd have to be in a car with a moded suspension to know the difference.

I was in the exact same boat. I wanted it lower and to look better but i didn't want to spend a lot at the time. And I also knew that I'd be getting something better to replace them in the future.

So I went with the cheapest decent springs I could. At the time it was either Neuspeed or Esplirs or the occasional Eibachs. I went with the Neuspeeds for around $140 shipped new. They've been on for about 5-6 months now I think and i'll probably sell em for $75 bucks or so when I get time to put in my buddy clubs. All in all, it was good use of $55 bucks.
