Default sway bars

in another post by douge, tenblade responded by saying to get either a front sway or an xbrace.

wouldn't it affect the handly characteristics if u only get the front?
would it benefit to get both the rear and front?

The S2000 already has a rear cross brace if this is what you mean by sway bar. There are aftermarket rear braces available but the only benefit is maybe lighter weight and the "bling" factor. Having just the front X-brace and no aftermarket braces for the rear should have no adverse affect on handling.

yes, sway bars tie to each control arm and transfer force from one to the other. Getting a thicker front bar will cut roll a little more up front, but also help the front tires break earlier, therefore restoring balance to neutral.

it depends what your uses of the car will be...for autox purposes, if you are going to go with the 225/245 setup, you WILL need a thicker front bar...no excuses.
