I really just have a few comments......I've had my new S2K for about a week now and i'm going crazy! I absolutely love it and I haven't even completed the break in yet! I've got about 185 miles to go before i can utilize this cars full potential. Although, I really haven't been able to "get on it", I've enjoyed cruising around town and swerving in and out of traffic, downshifting, etc. (as much as I can under 60mph and without going over 5500rpm) I can't wait to unleash this mother! This car really does continue to amaze! It's so responsive to anything you do, brake, accelerate, handling, etc. It's so funny, I'm a grown man and yet I still act like a kid when I see or drive this car. I get this silly grin on my face when I downshift and zip past someone. This is great! Again, just a few comments.

 

I definitely echo your sentiments although I'm still waiting for mine. I had a grin on my face for 2 days after the test drive!!

 

Also, the car's full potential isn't even out at 600miles.... when i had 5000 miles on mine, my friend has 10k+ on his and i could still feel a difference in power. The best thing is...it only gets better.

 

Get used to it! I've had mine for a year and, every time I drive it, I feel like I've got a brand new toy!

when is S2K scheduled to arrive? what color did you choose? IMHO the look of the car fits any color.

 

Looking at your sig I see you had a MY2000 Berlina Black so you know what to look forward too when your through with the breakin.

 

broughtans, your right, but I only had it for a couple of months. I bought it used and who knows if it was properly broken in from the beginning?????? I had a lot of oil problems with it. Oil leaks, etc. i decided to trade it for a truck due to a new house and the like. In one year I used the bed of my truck 3 times. I said, "the hell with this" and got another S. this time, it's all mine. A big plus is that the wife really likes it too.

mine has a little over 1000 miles now. i raced my friend who has a CL type S. at about 120mph, i passed him in 5th gear like he stopped. and he was flooring his car too! haha... when you hear that vtec cut in...

i'm sitting here smiling as i type this, jsut thinking about my s2000. i think i'll go for a spin. see you guys later!
