Swift springs to replace skunk springs
Hi All,
Well I purchased my S2 02' with some unwanted modifications on it. Namely a verly loud JIC Ti tip 60mm exhaust w/o cat and skunk springs on OEM shocks.
Well I was able to change out the exhaust, but now I'm looking to change out either the suspension.
I will track this car but I'd like to first learn my car w/o major mods. My concern is that since it's been lowered 2.5" would purchasing new coilovers be best?
OR could I just replace the Skunks and put in some Swift springs?
FYI, My next mod will be a set of Volks on new tires.
Thanks,
Mike

Did you buy it from a dealer? Im sure there is a huge fine for selling a car without a cat..
Opinions vary greatly on coilovers, consensus is usually the more you spend, the better it will get. I've had megan coilovers on my prelude, but alot of people say they arent too great on the S since the suspension from the factory is great. If it were me in your position, I'd get some rs*r Ti2000 springs and call it a day.
