Default Taking wheels off to clean

I am contemplating taking my SSR Gt1's off of my car to clean the entire rim, but just wondering how many people do this and where are the best jacking points on the car!!!!

I do it now and then. Jacking points are indicated in the owner's manual.

overkill in my book. I just turn the wheels to full lock and rinse any debris off the inside and suspension components.

Washing the insides of your wheels may cause your stick on wheel weights to get loose and fall off, so be careful.
As for me, I never do it - just a bit too anal, I'm afraid.
Like Rick just said, your owner's manual will tell you where and how to jack up your car.

you can also use your diff. as a jack point if you want.

I just get that wheel cleaner spray stuff and a hose. As for the rest of the rim... What you can't see can't bother you.

My oem rims looked aweful after one NE winter (brake dust caked on and embeded specs in the clear coat)

I bought a new set and applied five coats of Zaino inside and out.

what the heck jack up the car, use jack stands, remove your rims and paint your calipers..

as a side note - most of the wheel cleaners out there will strip any protection you have on the wheels
