The day bought my car the manager told that the O2" s2k's will be the last in the us. They will continue to sell in Japan but not here. Is this true guys?

 

They told me that when I was lokking to buy a MY01 in July 01. I waited and got a MY02. So I don't think so...But maybe, Honda only knows for sure, and they are not telling us yet.

 

Since color charts are available and dealers are already placing orders for 2003 S2000s, no, it's not true (if it were, dealers would be charging $5000 over sticker instead of clearing out their 2002s at or below MSRP...)

To prove the dealer wrong, there is already details out with dealers about the new color combinations for the MY2003 so goes to show how trustworthy your dealer was.

In my experience, very few Honda car salesmen/women know their butts from a hole in the ground.

Either your salesman was lying his butt of or was ignorant. You choose.

What are the new colors and changes going to be?

 

I think one of the previous threads alluded to the return of Silverstone for 2003. As well, white will now be avail. with a tan interior. Can't put my finger on another colour or interior change, although Im sure there was another!? Anyone else?

If you do a search, you'll see that this has been discussed ad nauseum.

I, as well as 13 other international S2000 owners, met the engineers who designed the S2000 last summer. When asked about production, they stated that as long as people were buying it, they would keep selling it. Imagine that! Good economics in practice!

If it sounds, smells, and looks like BS, chances are good that there is a steaming turd in the vicinity...
