Tall people in Stook - 6'7" !!
Hi All:
There are numerous threads in which people ask about if they can fit or not. All the tall guys typically reply with "Well, I'm such-and-such foot... etc.", but today I think we might have broken a record!
I let one of my clients drive my stook, because we had some time to kill, since some testing equipment at DaimlerChrysler's proving ground wasn't working (again).
In any event, this giant is a wopping 6 foot 7 inches tall with an inseam of 38" (perhaps a little bit boney I guess) - I'm a midget 6'3" 36" inseam. Nevertheless he sat quite comfortably, still with enough head clearance (even tested that with the top up) and he could apply the pedals normally. He said he was rather comfortable as well! I was quite amazed!
Of course, if you let a motorcycle nut (owns a '97 Triumph Daytona now after all kinds of racers) drive the stook full blast, maybe he'll automatically ease up on a little bit of incomfort or something...
I just wanted to let you guys and gals know! I told him I was gonna post it on the forum as well!
Best regards,
Siepel
