I'm 180 and 6'2" (not an ounce of fat on me). I fit like a glove. Only one problem... I can't heel and toe, just isnt enough room for required knee movement.
oh and I am 6'3" @ 175lb

I'm 6'4" and 215lbs. Over a ten day period I recently drove from Madison, WI to Chautauqua, NY, to Louisville, KY, to Bella Vista, AR, and then back to Madison. No problem fitting in my 2007 with lowered seat rails and it was a comfortable trip. Total 2,448 miles.

Hands down have everyone here beat. Old friend of mine I used to work with wanted to show me his new car. He had never seen my S2000 in person so I walked him up to where it was and removed the car cover. He was impressed and wanted a ride. Mind you, I'm 6'3, but my friend can probably use the top of my head as a lean post.
It was the funniest thing... he barely fit in the seat and withtop down, his head stuck up ABOVE the windshield frame...
Remember hightower from police academy in the first gen civic? Yeah, kinda looked like that.

My best was a guy who's 6' 5" and about 400 pounds. He of course barely fit in but I got him in my S2000 and IS350.

yea i let my buddy that's 6'8" 200lbs take my car for a drive, his knees were pretty much in his face but surprisingly said it wasn't that hard to drive. though as an owner i'm 6' 175lbs and to me that seems like almost the maximum size for daily driving comfort.

lol shoulda got a pic of that
Couldn't find a picture but got the next best thing.
I love when he rear ended that guy. Guy comes up cussing, pops in his head, gets the hightower stare, guys face goes pale, resolute on getting back to his car.

6'1 and 165, i fit fine. i think about seat rails but havent bothered.
my brother is 6'2 and 240. with seat rails he'd probably be ok, but he's just a little too big for the car to get comfortable. of course he crams in just fine when we go somewhere, but i can get comfortable and he can't. his knees are ~1/4 - 1/2 inch from the bottom of the dash when his seat is all the way back, so he's pretty tight.
