I am 6' and ~250.
Not the tallest but am bigger framed than a lot of guys. No problems for me, snug but not uncomfortable.
I've driven old school minis and oh my lord that really is clown car style. Knees RIGHT around wheel. Looks like I am steering my balls not the car

In my old AP1, a coworker who was probably about 5' 8" and 350lbs sat in it. I could definitely feel the drop in acceleration and my seat bolsters weren't too happy about it, pretty much a little permanent damage. Made it a point he never ride in it again.

I'm ~6'3" and a little >300lbs and I drive mine daily. I don't have much extra room, but I'm comforatble enough for a long drive (~10 hours up to the dragon in April was no issue). I've always had small cars though.
Heel toe isn't going to happen, but that's more attributed to my size 15 shoes than anything.
