I was just quoted $623 for a new Super Hyper Medallion exhaust. Is that a decent price and what are your opinions of this cat back system.

 

My opinion is that this should not belong in UTH.

Great price. Stainless steel version of the otherwise coated Racing Medallion yes? Mine rocks, though I did change out the stock Tanabe RM cannons for a pair of carbon fiber wrapped canisters. It's a very aggressive look that is not for everyone, especially if you want to remain stealthy. Mine db'd at 91 decibals at IDLE! Just over 100 at WOT (measured with the top up inside the car). The RM saved me 13.5-lbs over the stock catback system that utilizes those mufflers that resemble something Spock was buried in.

Wow 91 DB's at idle.. The Tanabe is definetly not for me. It looks SWEET though!

 

Tanabe is pretty loud (atleast the racing medallion)
