The guy I was talking to was named Greg.
Greg is webestore here on S2Ki...You may want to try and PM him or AHHVTEC. Two very stand-up people.

Spugen is an excellent resource. Just like Rick's and Hardtopguy make sure you are trying more than one form of communication before worrying. These guys support the s2k community extremely well, they can just all take more than one channel to contact.

Hmmm that is weird, because Ive sent a number of emails, which Ill be happy to resend, and there were no responses; especially the ones regarding my order that I had already made. You replied to one of my emails titled "MY ORDER", which asked specifically about different aspects of my order including(shipping cost, delivery time, tracking #) and you responded with 'the shipping cost for the hood is 150', (thats not what I ordered). Ill copy and post it on here, so we can try to figure out the problem. I have to believe that you are having some type of problem with your email because it appears that you are one of the 'good guys'.

PS: I had no knowledge of AHHVTEC or any other contact information like a phone number until started this topic.

Yeah. I had an issue with Spugen, but ended up calling them up. They were, and I guess still are having issues with the site. But Greg and Duc both took care of me.

Yeah, Huge issues with spugen during the groupbuy for the comptech SC. Greg (webestore) I must have sent him 5 emails as well as IM's and voicemails regarding my order, never heard anything back until I PM'ed Duc (Ahhhvtec) who was fast in getting back to me. But then lied to me about refunding my money, telling me he did, then couldn't...But finally after a huge pain in the ass everything was solved. They lost my bussines forever thats for sure.
