Yeah, Huge issues with spugen during the groupbuy for the comptech SC. Greg (webestore) I must have sent him 5 emails as well as IM's and voicemails regarding my order, never heard anything back until I PM'ed Duc (Ahhhvtec) who was fast in getting back to me. But then lied to me about refunding my money, telling me he did, then couldn't...But finally after a huge pain in the ass everything was solved. They lost my bussines forever thats for sure.
Woah I never lied to you. I told you that since the order was placed I would not be able to refund the money BUT I decided to eat the SC, refunded the money and sold it to Tukluk at cost. Ask anyone here I don't lie to anyone. I have been on here for over 3 years and don't do biz by lying. I also said that the money was to be refunded but the girl in the office was slow in doing so. I am not in the shop 6 days a week as I have a day job. I can only rely on my personel when I ask them to do something that it gets done. Yes she fell behind but you got your money did you not? When I run a GB price it is based on a minimum number of orders. How is it my problem when you change your mind and then get a Vortech from Evolution who is local to you? Didn't you say that you didn't buy from me because you didn't know who we were and that you wanted to buy a kit from someone who is closer to you? Your order won't make me rich nor break my bank.

Thanks for your post...

Duc

I also talked to you many times, and let you know that your supercharger was on the way. When you called, I told you that comptech was putting the kits together and as soon as your kit came that we would have it shipped out to you. But you told me as well that you would like to cancel and get it from another vendor. There are always 2 sides to a story, please dont flame spugen, when you kept changing your mind about your order. You wanted to cancel with me once as well, but then once again decided that you wanted to go through with the order.

Im not saying Spugen treats everyone this way....Maybe its just me, But when Im charged $5000 for a product without ever recieving any conformation or reciept I get slightly nervous, and then when phone calls and emails aren't answered and promises of refunds take multiple calls and threats to make happen, its ridiculous. I can find many other vendors that will gladly treat me with more respect.

Its also funny how the Spugen guys sure are quick to respond to criticism...but not to customers needs. Hopefully you'll learn from this and It wont happen to anymore customers.

Ive had nothing but good work with Spugen. I've done my dealings with Greg and he's been a stand up guy the entire time... Not only are the products excellent, but the service has always been exceptional for me. And I know I'm not a deserving and special guy! Definitely going to continue doing business with them... I am sorry your experience turned out as such.
Speaking of which, I emailed you tonight, Greg! Check it!
