with the bolt-ons you listed power gains would be dependant on the quality of the parts that you get. i would say that if you get quality parts you could expect to see about 250-275 to the wheels ...

The growl of an AP2 @8k doesn't compare to roar of an AP1 @9k.

Having owned both an AP1 and AP2, my $0.02 is the AP1 is more fun. YMMV.

That said, most healthy AP1s dyno at 200 to 202 rwhp at the dyno days I've been to. The best I've seen an AP1 do was 210 rwhp, with a Mugen ECU, Mugen exhaust, and I'm not sure what else.

(I should clarify - those are Dynojet numbers, which cannot be compared to the Dynapack numbers below. Apples and oranges due to different testing procedures.)

This guy made 226whp 157torque with header, header back exhaust, CAI, and Vafc v1 in his AP1.

a stock dyno would run aprox 200-220 to the wheels depending on how healty its running. 220 being very optomistic.

This is not going to happen.

Cut the guy some slack. He can spell, form a sentence and ask a reasonable question. He's light years ahead of some of the people showing up here lately.

lol at this statement. 250-275 at the wheels...Keep dreaming. More like 220 at the wheels maybe..

If you want added power I would go with a supercharger.
I had 4.77 gears. They definitely make the car more fun and better for daily driving but I don't think they really make the car much faster besides from a stop. On a highway pull they almost seem to hinder performance.

if you want to make your s2000 significantly faster, boost is the only way to go. a decent i/h/tp/e/vafc will cost you about $2500(+-) and give you MAYBE 20whp. spend another couple thousand on boost instead of n/a mods and gain 100+whp.
with those n/a mods you might see low 13's depending on driving skill.

my advice: if you decide to buy the car, drive it stock for awhile. it's a ton of fun to drive stock. learn the car before you star modifying it. if you want more, save up some cash and go boost. imo, n/a mods are more for noise than power gains.
