For starters, the suspension including the springs, dampers and front sways were tightened back up in the 08/09 base models and of course in the CRs(which are also AP2s).

I'll agree with him. Last month I took an extended test drive on an 03 M3 with SMG and also thought it sucked. (the SMG that is)
