Temp Result from Intake resonator opening blocking
So I was bore so I did the part 2 of my fact finding mission for common myth about S2000. Just skip to cliffnote in the end if you are that lazy.
Part 2: Intake resonator chamber block off
Alot of people in s2ki.com blocked off the opening of the chamber when they gutted the airbox, like the last test i did with open/closed airbox lid, this is one of the popular free mod for the S. You'll be surprise about the result.
Car:100K ap1, perfect compression and leakdown record, maintenace up to date, just did a valve lash adjustment, california piss water 91 octane, mine
Drivetrain mod: spoon snorkel, K&N filter(just recharged), gutted air Box
Tool: data/pocketlogger
Test: broke into three parts: idle, local and freeway, cool down time allowed.
