Call the dealer and talk to the service department manager first before you go in. Assess his responses to you concerns. If it is acceptable, then make the appointment with him to come in for your service. If not, find one that you are comfortable with. I like Colin's suggestion about the Acura dealers too. My Acura dealer is always asking me to bring in the S2000 for service, but I know they respect the car and the owners.
