test pipe need help!

I have a toda header 60mm exit. I am buying a gp sports jdm exhaust. Will an invidia test pipe work for any exuast or only with invidia setups.

I believe the test pipe works with most exhausts.. Even if it is a 70mm.. The only thing is, you will create a bottle neck
