BTW, the folded top does get a little wet. THough keep in mind I was driving in pouring rain at 65 mph (good thing) the rain stopped - I was getting a bit worried driving through it for 20 mins - worried that I may have to slow down for traffic!.

There is a solution. Mount a windshield wiper on the inside of your windshield. I am not kidding. In a race car in the rain it is the only way to keep fog and water off the inside.

LOL an Umbrella - I'm waiting to see this

Mike Schuster that's a wonderful idea! Maybe we could get someone to design it and market it as an aftermarket kit.

I had a '90 Jeep Wrangler a few years ago. I was out playing golf when it looked like it was going to turn ugly, so we got back to the Jeep and headed home(about 10 miles away). Well it poured once we left the lot and poured the whole way home. My head hurt when I got into the garage from the rain. That theory didn't work that day.

Not as bad as the time I woke up to go to work and it was a light drizzle, so I left the bikini top on and the duster cover and parked it at my buddy's house and took his truck. Well it poured all day.......so I got back to the house and my bikini top was like a coffee filter dripping into the cab and the floors were full of water. I was dipping my foot into 5" of water every time I shifted.

As they say......."it's a Jeep thing......"
