I don't mean to thread jack...

but I sent an e-mail out to Ricks a while ago concerning my leather console cover and never got a response. The threads have started to come loose and honestly I don't know if it was because I was installing it too harshly or if it was shipped this way.

never had an issue with ricks! i ordered plenty of items. they once replace my defective tinted side markers, no questions asked and i did not have to ship the broken ones back.
