Nope. Look up. It's in the middle front of your soft top.

I don't recall the handle either. I have a HT on now or else I'd go out and look.
If the handle is there , I never used it.

Hmm...OK will try that.

To be honest I was a little disappointed in this design. My previous miata was a piece of cake to latch and never leaked.

Their new design is even slicker, one single latch in the middle!

Not sure why honda stuck with this one...maybe it's better in some way that I haven't figured out yet. More durable perhaps?

By the way, I don't understand why everyone say's it's a secret compartment. The first time I opened up the storage box I said, hmm why is there a gap around the whole top of this thing and popped it open. Maybe I was lucky

Though I should probably post this: The top wear issue (hole near your ear level). Do we know if thats caused by opening/closing? Or is it rubbing only when in one position from vibration. I open/close that thing like 6-8 times a day! maybe I shouldn't do that.....

If your top is leaking and its hard to latch, you probably have a bigger problem that this handle won't solve.

My top leaked after about 2 years and only under high pressure but a little grease on the rubber (per the manuals instructions) and it's was all good again.

If it's bothering you take it to the dealer, use that warrenty! The main positive to buying a new car is the dealer backing, if anything messes up, just take it to them and make them fix it.
