Default Are these weld marks normal?

Hi, i'm wondering if these weld marks are normal.

The vin #'s match on all the panels and front support frame. The weld doesn't go up to the rail of the hood.

thats seam sealer over the joint and it looks normal to me. best way to know if any panel in your car has been painted is to either feel along allo f the body lines and know how to feel the difference in a painted edge and know how to find tape lines. An unpainted panel will have a very very smooth feel along the edge where as a painted paned will have a bit of a courser feel to it. go to a car dealership and feel the back edge of the hood of a brand new car, that is how all of the panels Should feel on yours too, if there has never been any paint work done.
