Default Thinking about buying car with some damage

Thinking about buying a S2000 however I noticed that there was some work done near the lower radiator support. The story is that a previous owner ran into a concrete parking space stop and needed to replace the bumper. I see that there are repair welds as indicated on the picture (which is not the car obviously) and also the lower part of the vertical radiator beam is slightly crushed where the circle is. Also the passenger side of the beam is angled slightly to the back of the car. Is this considered serious damage? Does it seem plausible that this could be caused by the incident? or is it more likely from something more serious? Thanks for any input.

He must have ran into that concrete slab at an excessive speed, maybe 10 mph? I would consider that semi-serious... Maybe serious? It's hard to say...

That kind of damage would definitely have to have been done with a pretty decent impact.. I mean id check for damage elsewhere there or repairs done if that much was done to the front. In the end if it drives well checks out mechanically and is priced okay and you can live with it then go ahead but id check further.
