Thinking about trading my car..not practical?
NOOOO~ James, don't do it.... ^_^
But then again, contrary to what most people in here think, S is simply a bad daily driver, period.
I am using my S as weekend car but even for me, sometimes I feel like I want something bigger. Evo or Sti sounds pretty good to me....
Oh, By any chance, do you want to sell your stock hood? I am not sure whether you had a CF hood or not.... Just asking.... ^^

i'm sure there are other reasons besides dropping off your friends that you want a bigger car. however if that is the main/only reason then i suggest you tell your friends to go buy a car.

Personally, I hate driving other people around in my car. My first car was a '90 CRX Si and I quickly learned that with only two seats I didn't have to drive my friends around.
I had friends that wanted to borrow my car, ride with two people in the passenger seat, ride under the hatch, and/or have me make multiple trips. I just never allowed those precedents to be set.
I also have found in HS and in college that people with cars easily get used by those that don't.
If your only reason for replacing the car is so kart your friends around, I'd just simply (and politely) put a stop to it. If you're friends have a problem with it, they may not really have been your friends to begin with.

Additionally, I see that you're a student at GT. I haven't spent much time in that area, but I imagine considering it's location there are plenty other forms of transportation for college students, including buses and cabs. I know I certainly utilized the public transportation surrounding VT just so I didn't have to trouble myself with a car and parking and toting friends around.

some people have that sports car phase in their life...normally around 18 to 23 or so and there are some people such as myself where it is not a phase and it is a lifelong pursuit to enjoy driving two seater sports cars and "sacrificing" a bit with practicality.
so don't feel bad if you're getting out of the phase and want something a little more practical...it's perfectly normal.

with this as well.
Evos are hott. There's a new one coming out withing a year if you can wait, based on the new Lancer: 300+ hp; semi-automatic tranny with paddle-shifters; improved suspension; a stereo that will leave you deaf... Hell yeah!

I'd rather drive a nice practical car 7 days out of the week, instead of driving a p.o.s. 5 days a week and then a nicer car 2 days a week?
