Thinking of getting a S2000...
The VSA is not just a traction control device or anything to assit your vehicle's handling. VSA helps you maintain control in severe cases of Oversteer/understeer. Yes it will reduce power to the wheels if you have excessive wheelspin, and yes under certain conditions the VSA indicator will blip letting you know it's working. But you can always turn it off - unlike other manufacturers...once it's off, it's off. It's not like the corvette's Competition settings for it's Dynamic controls where it lets things get intresting before the system intervenes it's a straight Stability Assist. But with such a balanced car like the S2000 - you probably will need bald tires and a desire to misbehave to actually need the Stability Assist....
