Do you want to track or auto-x the car? If you'r going to auto-x, $5k for an S that you can run in A Stock sounds like a good deal. Buy some R compound rubber and other a-stock legal upgrades and you'd be competitive.

 

Damn... $5k for an S2000. I'd gut the hell out of that baby, seats, AC, radio, carpets, spare, tools, and all and throw a SC on her and have the time of my life.

I am getting a hard on just thinking about it.

Now I want a 2nd S2000 as a beater!

 

Mostly AX with a few track events at MSR and other tracks nearby (houston, college station, etc). I'll still have my Z06 that I can track when I'm in the mood.

if you can buy it for 5k and it runs, buy it 100% right now.
