Tired of being harrassed
Well lately its been quite ridiculous in my area, I get pulled over last night for a honest mistake. I turned left from a red light onto what I thought was a one way street, might I add that it was 1am in the morning. A cop had just passed by me on the very street I'm going to turn onto. Well he of course noticed me sitting at the light and then notices that I'm behind him about one minute later, so he then puts his turn signal on and pulls over only long enough to let me pass by. So he jumps in behind me and then I know whats coming. So I give the corn fed imbred everything he wants and then he asks how much I've had to drink, I say nothing, then he says "so a little bit?" So that pissed me off instantly, I was insulted, I said I haven't had anything to drink. He then makes me get out of the car and do a watch my finger I just pulled from my ass test. I never done it before so I kept looking back at him lol, w/e jackass its obvious I'm not drunk so he tells me I can get back in the car. Then two drunk girls with open containers walk by waving at the officer. WTF I'm getting pulled over for an honest mistake but if your publicly intoxicated with an open container in hand its perfectly ok. I'm definitely taking this to court and will definitely be bringing up the drunken girls.
A month ago I got pulled over for barely getting sideways on some slick pavement, now this is a much more reasonable stop but still not worthy of a ticket IMO, had I been an imbred redneck with a dodge cummins it would have been dismissed. I think they pick on guys like us because we have nice cars. The first thing he says is "I heard your exhaust" So your pulling me over because you can hear my car? Cops around here are just morons. It was 40 degrees outside, wet and I'm running REO1R's, I was doing 17mph and he says I intentionally accelerated sharply and lost control of the rear of my vehicle, the back of the car jumped I immediately let off the accelerator while correcting and it was over with, in less than a second, how does that classify as a loss of control? W/E two stupid tickets in the past month and I've already got 2/3 on my license. Makes me want to sell the damn thing.

Sounds like a good idea, as you sound to be somewhat dense between the ears, and appear to be a generally a poor driver.

Didn't anyone ever tell you loud exhausts draw attention?
Import + loud exhaust gets hated on.
Imbred + Diesel + black smoke= awesome

Most places "stunting" is an automatic ticket, and noisy exhaust is a standard call on the cop's part. You want to sell the car becasue you are sliding around and have a loud muffler? Please do.
As for the drunken girls, so what? +2 Did they get in a car? He thought you were drunk. I want him to pull you over and check.

in the uk i find it's slightly different, never been pulled over, yet it's fairly rare to have guys under the age of 25 driving high performance sports cars due to the cost of insuring them
that said, i drive fairly calmly and tend to ignore police and not 'look' at them. you do tend to get a lot less hassle that way
