Sway bar links are pivots, not "rubber bushings in torsion" like the A-arm pivots. They have no effect on side-side ride height, unless the bar is bent.

For the record, the car was sitting on the ground, and bounced, before anything was tightened.

This is important on:

front upper A-arm pivots
front lower shock mounts
rear lower shock mounts

I did this with the front on ramps. You can then access the upper a-arm bolts and lower shock bolts.

For the rear, used a 3' long extension and went through under the rear bumper.

correct, the endlinks are fixed length. that is why they will cause unwanted preload unless the ride height is dead equal side to side. without adjustable coilovers, equal side to side ride height is near impossible. thus the necessity for at least one adjustable endlink. with the adj endlink, you can remove all bar preload.

Thanks for the details Bill. Yep, I remember you doing all that and like I mentioned above in the first post, I had no doubt the initial install was done using correct procedures, so at that point in time nothing else could have been done anyway. Anyway, since I don't have the required tools to tinker around with anything right now, will wait until next time.
