Default Toda or Spoon Flywheel

i'm going to buy my flywheel next week and still can't make my mind up.
i'm intrested in the toda flywheel which wieghs 3.8kgs or the spoon flywheel which is 4.2kgs.
the flywheel will be mated against a std honda disc and a act pressure plate.

has any body got any dealing with either of the flywheels?
thanks

I have the entire Spoon clutch kit with their light weight fly wheel and it performs great. If it helps, my car also has a Comptech Supercharger. 320 Rwhp / 220 Lbs Tq.

I have the exact setup you are planning to go with, ACT Pressure plate, Stock clutch friction disc, and TODA flywheel. I'm pretty happy with the flywheel overall. It is NOT bad at all in traffic, and shifts nice and quick.

Its slightly noiser than the factory setup, but that could be the clutch kit in general, not the flywheel. Nothing bothersome and barely noticeable. I have no experiacne with the Spoon flywheel, but I don't think you can go wrong with the Toda, Spoon, or Comptech setups.

I've done quite a few TodaFW/oem disc/ACT PP.

Best set-up, works great, trouble free.

what about keeping everything else stock but changing the flywheel? Would you still notice any gains?
