Holy fn crap....he hit 281 kmh.
If you watch the vid he hit a serious down hill around 255.....no way he's going that fast without FI, or a downhill.

My AP2 still had some more pull at the end of 6th (152mph I didn't want to hit fuel cutoff going that fast), stock driving on a long flat road in the desert. If the redline were higher, I think it could have made it a few more than 154, maybe 158 or so as an estimation.

Those vids are ancient...and the car was SC. He also had a bit of a down hill to help. Can't recall the screen name, but he used to be here waaaay back when.
Oh...on an AP1, the max speed by gearing is 166mph. 174mph indicated has normal speedo error.

Not a stock S but thought it was an interesting thing to hear.
I asked a guy w/ a turbo s2k how fast he had gone in it once. He said not real fast himself but then turned to the fabricator who built the custom setup and asked him. The guy fabbed it is old and I doubt (or is it hope?) that he was lying. 189mph, 600+ whp. Sound possible to ya Billman?
Oh and there is a pic of our speedo doing 158. The guy who's car that is is Overmind on here.

He would have had to put in 3.60 gears to get to 189mph...never heard of anyone putting that tall of a gear in an S2000.
