topped out at 155 yesterday following a new M5 on the highway. Those things are insane. Hardtop would have helped a little for sure, i could hear the wind being pretty rough over the softop ridges.

Just make sure you have proper hard-core tires at those speeds and the road is smooth. Preferable one that you have travelled before so you know the surface. Also make sure you never pass another car at that speed because they wont expect someone comming behind them that fast and might change lanes and pow. Bad accident.

shoot i thought i could never get up to that speed until i tried it.. well i was driving going las vegas so it was clear road and little bit downhill... so it was really easy to hit 164....

I topped out at 170 this saturday, then one of my spark plugs exploded cars in the shop now. it felt great tho

Assuming it was downhill, you could go 170mph. There was a video of a s2k doing 174 or something so it is possible...
