I have small dent about the size of two quarters and the paint came off a little and id forming a small rust spot. The dent is not bad and I don't even want to waste the money getting such a small area repaired. I was told to order some touch up paint (which I did from HandAaccessories)use a very light sandpaper and sand around the damaged area and just use the touch-up to stop the rust from spreading. I just want to make sure that this will work good enough. The touch up paint should seal the area that's rusting and prevent it from spreading, right?

 

should be a temp fix, but i'd take it into a body shop just to have their recommendation as well ..

 

Take it to a body shop.!!!
