i failed to mention that ill be back home for about 2 months so i would like to have my passenger seat too. ya know, in case i i have a hot date or something j/k

Yea, it's also hard to explain. But I can tell you that it will fit. You have to put it in with the top down and then slowly raise the top and watch the trunk and the top at the same time. You'll see you have to manuever it around a bar or two before the top is the whole way up...

This is when I wish I took pictures of doing this. It's amazing the stuff you can fit in your car when you need to. Like 12 bags of mulch, 2 kegs, and even 4 small animal cages on the passenger seat.

I haven't seen the box that a trunk comes in but with how close the trunk fit out of the box I would say there would be no chance at all you could have the box fit also.

 

2 kegs!? my friends and i had to get one of the family vans just to transport 1.

anyways, i think ill try and do that for sure ill wrap some towels around the cf trunk, heck, maybe ill throw some plastic wrap that i use to wrap leftovers in, around it too i know you said you couldnt see see out your passenger side but was it completely 0% of visibility? im actually more concerned about that than driving top up vs top down.

lol yeah - i came to norcal forum out of the blue and participated in your chat threads for a while. good times! that stryker guy hated me. it was you, fumitami, shadaogun, forgot who else.

another good memory was you vs. fastdriver -- fastdriver was really an alias for another member on the forum haha

the new lounge is fun too -- im apart of that

 

drew (stryker) is just blunt like that. he didnt hate you, he just enjoyed giving you a hard time since you were the "new" guy at the time i remember him calling you maxipad cus you had the maxima, hahaha.

and as for fastdriver, we actually made up once the "secret" behind his indentity was revealed. we all had a good laugh over it. i admit he did get me good with his insults. but man, you have a good memory for remembering all that with the right sn's too!
