TSB's
The TSB's -
00-037 APR 00 Convertable Top Rear Window - Creased, Cloudy, Scratched
00-048 SEP 00 Convertible Top Rear Window Replacement - Manual Update
What does this mean exactly? Does it mean, watch out for this, or if this happens they will replace it, or what.
Also, the TSB -
00-054 DEC 00 Engine/Transmission - Buzzing on Deceleration
Do we just go to the dealer and they fix all this stuff for fee? I've never had to do this with any vehicle before, just need info for a 1st timmer.
Thanks.

TSB's are issued to dealership Technicians and Service personal to make them aware of issues Honda has found with a particular car, that way if a car comes into a dealership with that problem, the service people can check those issues out first and if they are not the problem then the can move on quickly and not worry about the best know causes for different things. Allkingz is right on the warranty, if it's under the factory or extended warranty then the dealer can fix at no or little cost to you otherwise it would be your bill.

Oh yeah, that helped out a ton. Thanks a lot. Its exactly what I needed.
Has anyone done the procedure to replace the plastic, as described in 00-048?

Unless you have the proper tools, I dont suggest it. A automotive trim shop would be your best bet. The cleaner works only for very minor scratches so dont waste your time if they are bad. Even the dealerships sublet the work out to automotive trim places, so you know it must be a pain. Wouldnt want your top flying off going down the road.
