Turbo S2000's Unite
It is when you try to sell stuff (pulley) as a result to make a buck.
Well, Jenner wanted to sell me his AEM map alone for more than what I'm asking for the 11 psi pulley AND AEM map for my 350 rwhp S2000 solution.
I'm not really making much on sales of those, as you know my other business pays well enough. I know that there are other S2000 owners that would like more power out of the Vortech and I can offer a cheap and so-far reliable system.

You can offer me a breaker bar to get my fricken crank pulley off. What a b!tch that thing is... And it's still not off.. I built my own fancy schmancy 50mm pulley holder thingy but that damn bolt... I've busted 3 breaker bars so far (gotta love a lifetime warranty), so I figured ok, it's a 19mm, same as the lugs, I'll use the lug wrench... Bent that bastered in one easy pull. So, I grab the one out of the Accord, it's a bit beefier... Bent that one too... So, I grab the one out of my Ford, beefier than the other two... bent that one. I figure it's gonna take a good 300 pounds to lossen that thing since it's never been off before, getting that much pull isn't that tough if I had a fricken tool that wouldn't bend or break every time my fat ass yanks on it.

Jason,
350 whp on stock internals? Who the hell cares? I'm not trying to be harsh, but a lot of you guys are missing the point that most of us who've gone the turbo route are doing so with a clear concern for the tradeoffs that come from improved power.
If I wanted more power, I could get it, easily. All it takes is changing a few EMS cells in my fuel maps to raise the boost ceiling. Or I could tune the car to the ragged edge, advance the timing, lean it out, etc.
The point is not how much power you've got, but how long you can put it down, whether the power is tractable, and whether, in the end, you're happy with the cost you paid to get there.
If you want to brag peak horsepower, fine. I'll say no more. But I agree with XViper that it's NOT impressive. This thread was actually useful until it got sidetracked.

Ok lets get back to our subject, of turbo owners.
Guys I was talking to a local shop here they said they can install a custom revhard turbo kit on mycar. they did it before to another s2k owner and he brings his car to the shop to hangout regularly so i will check that car out before i do anything. That car puts 338 rwhp to the gorung wiht 8.5 psi i belive. They also said they will flush out my stock ecu with hondatech!?! something like that some engine manage system i belive i did not understand. The kit comes with 550 injectors and vortechblowoffvalve too i guess. Anyway If I decide to go with this, not to live those horror stories what should they be carefull with, while they are setting up the turbo? Air fuel ratio mapping and etc .. etc.. ? I dont want to replace any internals or block.
